School-to-Career Program:
Employer Action Steps
We invite you to consider the advantages to your business or
organization when participating in the School-to-Career Program. The
program focuses on expanding the base of qualified applicants for
employment. School-to-Career provides a system that looks to employers
to articulate the skills needed for success and for employers to work
with educators to ensure that students graduate with relevant skills
and knowledge. School-to-Career offers various levels of activities for
employer participation. Each of these activities has a positive impact
on the student, the school and the employer.
Other School-to-Career Resources:

The Business - Education Connection
Educators are gearing curricula to meet employer needs. To do this,
educators and communities need business partners like you.
