RECRUITMENT

Career Source provides employers with access to a large pool of active, motivated job seekers in a variety of job categories. Recruiting efforts aimed at such a targeted group bring in more qualified applicants per dollar expended than advertising to a larger population.

Many of our services are free. You can get information about these job seekers in a number of ways:

Post job openings for free on the statewide job database and in our resource room.

Job Fairs

Career Source can organize a job fair for your company or an industry-specific fair for a group of companies.

Employer Forums

We host weekly employer events for companies to recruit for available positions and provide information on opportunities to job seekers. We use targeted marketing techniques to attract qualified applicants for your organization's recruitment needs.

OUTPLACEMENT SERVICES

The current economic climate raises many concerns for employers who may find layoffs necessary. We can provide your separated employees with individual, face-to-face job search assistance and support to ease the transition for your organization.
