Unemployment Insurance Filing & Assistance - Need to file a new claim or have a question about your claim? An Unemployment Representative is available from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays in our Cambridge office, and Monday through Friday in our office in Everett.
